Show up ready to cook!

All the prep work is done prior to your arrival, so there's no need to do the boring tedious part of cooking. We provide everything you’ll need in class, so all you need to bring is yourself! We will have all the fresh ingredients prepped and will guide you along the way to mastering your first dish. The classes are 2 hours long depending on the class and how fast everyone is. All we ask is that you bring an open mind ready to learn some new cooking techniques!

Learn how to cook and take a skill with you!

The best part of a Katsumi cooking class is that you can take all the skills and knowledge with you. This isn't one of those classes where we tell you what to do, but leave it up to you. Japanese cooking can seem intimidating at first, but don't worry! We teach step-by-step so you leave feeling confident and knowledgeable so you can feel like an expert next time you order sushi or ramen.
